We provide Skilled Nursing
care on an intermittent or part time basis. Skilled Nursing care includes skilled observation and assessment, administration
of medications, wound care, ostomy care, venipuncture, and other services performed by licensed nurses.
Home Health
Aides assist with care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, changing bed linens, feeding, toileting, transfers,
ambulation, simple dressing changes, personal laundry, and light meal preparation.

We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology for as long as the
need for therapy is medically necessary and reasonable. These services help clients restore movement and muscle strength,
achieve independence in daily living, and restore speech.
We
also assist with Medical Social Services to assess the social and emotional factors related to the illness, and to help clients
search for available community resources.
